Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") before using the Rethought app ("the App"). By using the App you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
The App helps you restrict your own access to apps and websites. You agree not to misuse the App, reverse-engineer it, or use it to restrict another person's device without their knowledge and consent.
The App uses Apple's Family Controls and Screen Time APIs. Blocking behavior depends on iOS and on the permissions you grant. We do not guarantee that blocking is unbypassable or error-free.
If the App offers subscriptions or one-time purchases, they are sold and processed by Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings. Prices and terms are shown in-app at the point of purchase.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Unless a custom agreement applies, your use is also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
